Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped every Monday. To be included in the Monday shipment, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST on the preceding Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (US): 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier and location.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

For international orders: Tracking is available, however visibility may be limited once your package reaches your destination country, particularly for standard shipping. Express shipping typically offers more reliable end-to-end tracking.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled anytime before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing (packing and label printing), it can no longer be canceled. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and are subject to our final sale policy.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@tresstogo.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Tress To Go is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
