Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of our products and to maintain our high standards of hygiene, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly process an exchange. To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:
- Contact us at support@tresstogo.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
- Include your order number and clear photo and video evidence of the issue in your initial message.
- The item must be in its original, unaltered condition: lace uncut, hair unwashed, unstyled, uncolored, and unaltered in any way, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items as outlined above. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unaltered condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please contact us at support@tresstogo.com to initiate this process.
