  • Okay so here's the thing, we move fast. Like, really fast. You can cancel anytime before we start processing, but once we're packing boxes and printing labels? It's out of our hands, bestie.

    And once it ships? It's officially on its way to you and falls under our final sale policy. No exceptions!

    Changed your mind? Email support@tresstogo.com ASAP and we'll try to catch it! No guarantees, but we'll do our best. 💛

  • Okay, listen up, because this is important! To maintain our high standards of hygiene (think of it like swimwear), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

  • OMG, that's on us, and we'll fix it, fast! We will gladly process an exchange if we made a mistake. Here's the plan:

    • You MUST contact us at support@tresstogo.com within 48 hours (2 days) of the delivery date. Any requests after this 48-hour window can't be accepted.
    • In your first message, please include your order number and clear photo AND video proof of the issue. This is super important so we can help!
    • To be eligible for an exchange, the wig must be in absolute perfect original condition. This means: the lace is 100% uncut, the hair has not been washed, styled, colored, or altered in any way, and all original tags and packaging are intact.
    • Once we validate the error, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item. As soon as we get it and inspect it (to make sure it meets the rules above), we'll ship out your correct Tress at no extra cost!

  • Get ready! We process and ship out all orders every Monday.

    Heads up: To make the Monday shipment, get your order in by 11 AM EST the previous Friday. Otherwise, it'll ship out the next Monday.

    Once your new hair is on its way, here's the ETA:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on your country and customs processing

    (These are estimates, of course! Your exact delivery time can vary based on the carrier and your location.)

  • Yes, we currently ship within the United States and the following countries:
    Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

  • We only roll with the best! We use a mix of trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and USPS to get your order to you safely.

  • We know you want to stalk your package (we do too!). Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and link so you can follow along.

    Heads up for our international babes: tracking works best with express shipping. Standard international shipping has tracking too, but visibility may vary once your package reaches your country.

  • Our wigs are made from premium synthetic fibers. They look and feel amazing, giving you a top-tier style without the top-tier price.

  • Yes! All of our wigs are heat-friendly. Here's the max temp for each style:

    • The Diva: Up to 450°F / 230°C
    • The Creator: Up to 450°F / 230°C
    • The Executive: Up to 450°F / 230°C
    • The Muse: Up to 350°F / 180°C

    Pro tip: Always do a strand test on a small, hidden section first. And check the Tress Facts on the product page to double-check before you plug in that flat iron! 💛

  • Keep your Tress to Go wig looking fabulous with a little love! To wash, gently cleanse in a basin of cool water using a mild shampoo, followed by a light conditioner. Rinse thoroughly (don’t wring it out!). For best results, allow your wig to air dry completely on a wig stand, avoiding high heat. When you're not rocking your look, store your wig in its original box or on a stand to keep its shape. A little detangling spray can help keep knots at bay. Treat your wig with care, and get ready to slay!
